Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 30 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning you to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the order amount due within 5 days, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
Via our return form that can be downloaded via the button below, you can let us know what can happen to your return. Fill it in as completely as possible and stop the form with your return shipment. This way we can handle it faster and better.

We recommend that you return items only via a PostNL point. You will then receive a proof of shipment and it is possible to track the shipment. Keep the proof of dispatch of the return shipment until it is fully processed. We cannot be held liable without proof of shipment.
Note: If you have placed an order with PGWEAR in Poland (is an English site) then it is not possible to return your package to us. We may be a franchisee of the Polish PGWEAR, but we are a separate company.
