No, you do not need an account with us to place your order. If you plan to order more often, it is handy to have your own account because you do not have to enter your details every time, but if you do not find that a problem then we think that is fine of course.
When ordering, assume a delivery time between 3 and 5 working days. In many cases this will be faster, but we are somewhat dependent on the delivery from our parent company.
We ship all orders via PostNL. Depending on the size of your order, we choose a letterbox package or a normal package.
We have more and more customers who order from Belgium and that is no problem at all thanks to the delivery via PostNL. It may be that a shipment takes just a day longer, but in many cases we see delivery within a day after we send a package.
After placing your order, we will process your order and when we register your order with PostNL, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. You will receive this code on the day of our shipment. Once your shipment is registered, it will take 1 to 2 working days for your order to arrive.
Note: sometimes the PostNL Track & Trace ends up in your folder unwanted. This sometimes occurs in particular with Microsoft email addresses.
